Acredale Consulting brings over 35 years of lived and professional experience as a woman in STEM and has experienced first-hand discrimination, systemic barriers and the constant need to prove credibility in male-dominated environments. Founder, Deborah Whitworth-Hilton has a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a career spanning the nuclear industry, chemical manufacturing, and the energy sector. While progress has been made over the past 35 years, women remain significantly under-represented across STEM and leadership roles.

This experience underpins a practical, empathetic and results-focused coaching and mentoring approach. Acredale works directly with women in STEM to encourage, motivate and support them as they navigate complex organisations, build leadership confidence, and progress their careers towards senior and executive positions.
